Without question, one of my favorite reports! If you REALLY want to create an effective Grid or Labor Matrix or Variable Labor Rate, this Report is the GREATEST and ONLY Flat Rate Hour Frequency Report there is!
Look at this sample report at the 0.5 and 1.5 FRH intervals.
If your posted labor rate was $100, then normally your 0.5 would be $50. Look at the impact FRH Frequency has if you changed your 0.5 from $50 to say $59.95.
You would gain almost $20 per Hour in ELR and the Frequency alone would generate an additional $11,711.15 in PURE additional gross as there would be no additional cost!
AND that is just adjusting ONE FRH interval!
That's the POWER of FRH Frequency - NO Traditional Labor Matrix or Grid accounts for that!
